  1. What sizes do you offer?

    Our current designs range from Infant to youth 14. We look forward to expanding our size range in the future, but if you do not see the size you need, please contact us via our our Special Request Form below. We will be happy to assist you with pricing and availability.

  2. Do you have a size chart? How do I find the right size?

    Absolutely! To make sure you order the right size every time, please see our Sizing Chart below for specifications that include height and weight parameters for each size. *If you are unsure about sizing please message us here so we can help before you purchase. *Read also #8 regarding sizing issues/cancellations/refunds below.

  3. How quickly will my order be processed?

    For items in stock, they will be shipped within 48 business hours. For made-to-measure, or special order requests, you will be notified via email communication when it will be ready to ship. Please note shipping will take an extra 3-5 business days (unless the postal carrier experiences delays due to a natural disaster, act of God, alien invasions or weather). Backorders: Please allow 3-5 weeks for all backorders. We will notify you when your product is ready and shipped.

  4. Wait a minute. Why no phone number?

    We are only but a few hands sewing and creating your beautiful designs. While we would love to have the phone ringing, it will keep us from creating beautiful pieces for you. If you message us, we can get to a stopping point and get back with you. 

  5. How often are new products added to the online stores??

    We add products to our online stores frequently, and offer new sales and promotions, as well, so check back often for new styles and great deals.

  6. Let’s talk shipping!

    We use reputable courier services to give you the best shipping costs and security. We typically ship via USPS First Class Mail unless expedited requests are made. Zacari LLC is NOT responsible for checking shipping addresses submitted on your order or for tracking your item once it has left our hands. International customers will be subject to their own local customs fees. For packages that are returned to us as UNDELIVERABLE or UNCLAIMED, the buyer is responsible for paying postage to re-send. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays unless special arrangements are required.

  7. Can I have free shipping on my order??

    We know you all like free shipping and we do often offer it as part of a promotion but it is not an automatic ‘right’ for every customer. We have considered offering it all the time but the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere (i.e. the price of the clothes going up, which wouldn’t be popular either). The old cliché that ‘the customer pays in the end’ is true in this case I’m afraid.

  8. What about Cancellations, Refunds or Exchanges?

    All our items are made with the greatest of care and to the highest standard. If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you need to do this within 12 hours of purchase. After that we are not able to offer refunds as it is likely we have already pulled stock, cut fabric or started working on your order. Refunds and exchanges will not be given in the case where the wrong size, color or address details have been provided. A size chart is available to help you choose the best size – if you are unsure about sizing please message us before you make your purchase so we can help. All other situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  9. Additional Policies

    Current completion times vary depending on the item. Completion time is the actual time it takes to finish your order and package it. If you need your order COMPLETED (not completed and in your hands) in less than 2 weeks kindly message us BEFORE you purchase to make sure your order can be done, and we can discuss priority postage options if need be. For printed design fabrics, pattern and placement may vary, but the color will be the same. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read these policies. By making a purchase through our shop you are agreeing to these terms.
